Cleanliness: Rooms were well decorated and bathrooms were spacious and nice. Hotel facilities: Beautifully decorated lobby and rooms with murano glass chandeliers, piano, and an elevator. Location on Murano Island: The hotel offers a free tour to a murano glass gallery where you can see the maestro work with glass. Breakfast: The hotel served an excellent breakfast with a wide variety of options including croissants, cold cuts, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages. Staff: The reception went above and beyond to make our anniversary special with a beautiful fruit platter and a bottle of Prosecco as a gift.

This hotel is full of Venetian elegance and opulence. The rooms are beautifully decorated with lush fabrics and stunning marble bathrooms. The staff goes above and beyond to be helpful.

The hotel's location was perfect, close to vaporetto stops and within walking distance to all the main attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful in organizing surprises for me and were always discreet and sensitive. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with stunning Murano glass chandeliers and a marble bathroom. The breakfast had a great variety of options and the staff were friendly and attentive.
