The view from the roof terrace was amazing; the staff were friendly and helpful; the piano player in the lobby was great; and the room was lovely.
Nothing for me.
The hotel had the best location, just off St Mark's Square, making it easy to access all the key tourist spots. The views from the hotel were simply unbelievable. I could see the Grand Canal from the breakfast terrace, which was breathtaking. The staff provided an amazing welcome in my mother language and made sure everything was smooth from the moment I arrived.

We had an incredible stay! The hotel had a luxurious ambience, with beautiful interiors and chandeliers. The staff were all extremely polished and provided excellent service, including the helpful concierge. The location was exceptional, right on the canal with amazing views. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of options. The staff in the bar were lovely and made us feel welcome, providing endless snacks with our drinks.
